“Very easy access walking from the train station. Very helpful front desk person who helped with bike storage. Comfortable spacious room and clean bathroom. Great value for money. Good location. ”

“We had a very lovely welcome from Anna and she told us where to eat etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay to explore the area as we were en-route down to the South but the scenary and area looked fantastic as we drove through. The Hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very welcoming. The breakfast was good too.... basic but good.”

“莫名其妙。当我到达时，前台没有人，等了好久出来了一个老太太，第一句话就是质问我是怎么进来的，怎么没有按门铃就进来了。问得我也是一头雾水，你们作为旅馆，难道门不应该是开着等待客人的？然后一直责备我，唠唠叨叨半天，对待顾客态度粗鲁傲慢，我等了很久她才来，不但没有表示歉意，没有欢迎，反而像对待一个罪犯一样对待我，这让我作为一个顾客感到非常不舒服，厌恶到极点，不想再与她有任何交谈，只想快点入住。 前台似乎到了晚上就没有人，到第二天工作人员才会来，还要扣下我的护照到第二天登记好再还给我。如果你们的前台有限定的服务时间，那你们应该给我发一个邮件告诉我，但我什么也没有收到。这家旅馆的接待方式有很大问题，给我带来很大不便，而且来到这里首先就是被骂，要不是已经付了钱，真的不想待在这种不愉快的氛围里！”
