“The service is excellent!! the receptionists are very helpful!! However the location is very difficult to go. I arrived milan by bus, but I didn't know how to reach the hotel by bus, at the end I had to walk to the hotel with my heavy suitcase for 30 mins. the hotel can be reached by bus 69 and tram 14, but thats it. It is quite far from the centre as well which take at least 25 mins by tram. Tram comes every 10 mins.”

“Der Check-In war überaus gastfreundlich, uns wurden alle Annehmlichkeiten und Funktionalitäten erklärt und vorgeführt. Ein Loungebereich mit Heißgetränken war erfreulicherweise vorhanden (Vollautomat). Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Unser Zimmer war groß genug, sehr gut isolierte Fenster, geräumiges Bad. Einzig ein Duschvorhang wäre vorteilhaft gewesen. Die Deko war meinem Empfinden nach minimal und sehr geschmackvoll. Stauraum war genug vorhanden und die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert.……

“Although the location is a bit far from the center of Milan, there’s a bus that takes you into town in about 15 minutes. I stayed in the new section of the hotel and the room was very quiet and immuculate. The bed was large and comfortable and the tile work in the bathroom shower was enviable! ”

“The hotel is located right in the center of the shopping mall, a few minutes’ walk to Duomo. Very safe location and easy access to numerous nice restaurants nearby. The staff are super friendly and helpful, room is upscale and clean. We got a warm welcome and complimentary wine and juice. Highly recommend!”
