“Shower drain clogged. Water took forever to drain. Bugs flying in room even after closing doors. Staff was good.”

“Habia una cucaracha en mi habitación y la señorita queria prestarme una escoba y recojedor para sacarla, siendo que era su responsabilidad, luego en la cama y en el piso habia no se si eran hormigas o pulgas, el baño super reducido no podias ni sentarte me tuve que sentar de lado, no hay agua caliente en la regadera, terrible les recomiendo no hospedarse aqui”

“Large cockroach upon arrival. Listing included a bathtub. There was a tub that was in a separate room and locked. They said it was not included. No breakfast. We left the key at the desk when we went out . When we returned there was no one at the desk but the key was easy to see and reach.. ”

“First off, the location on Hotels.com is wrong, as of this writing. As others said, not only is it up a steep driveway, it is about a 5-10 walk up a very dark dirt road from the edge of town. Secondly, it is not a hostel, it is a Finca... meaning a family house. As a result there are young kids crying early in the morning. Aside from that it is a lovely Finca, if that is what you are looking for and don't mind/are able to make a small climb. ”

“The bath room is new and shower is great. However it is very noice. We stay at ground floor can hear upper floor walking sound. Also the wall is not good to isolate the noice, can hear any street noice. When people still have party at 1am or 3am, you will wakeup . We cant sleep well for two days. May be bring a earplug is good idea because the noice isolation problem is common here accommodation.”
