“The toilet broken, and room smell disgusting ”

“Our room was clean, there were virtually no amenities; outside the weekdays during the first shift, there is no staff visible to service customers- problems don’t get resolved until the next morning- maybe; scratching inside the wall (some kind of animal; LASTLY AND NOT THE LEAST- WE HAVE AT LEAST ONE OR MORE MICE IN OUR ROOM- NO STAFF WAS AVAILABLE TO REPORT IT, SPOTTED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON & SUNDAY. HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY MORNING.”

“The nice suite. We only stayed ine night. The breakfast was of poor quality as are all hotel breakfasts. We always go out to eat. The staff person at check-in did not mention the breakfast nor time of breakfast. We asked to ckeckin 45 minutes early and ibformed room was not ready. Came back at 3:01, and agin ibformed room wasn't ready. After finding out I was a member all of a sudden the room was ready.”

“The hotel and staff were wonderful! We planned a trip to The Strong Museum which is literally right next door. It was all by 1 minute walk, best location to visit this museum - specially with small children. The breakfast options were good and food was delicious, something for everyone.”

“Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash.”
