“Great place, very convenient location and nice to have the kitchen as an option. The entry to the flat is by key code which you need to get by calling up the number on the hotels.com booking when you arrive. This isn't apparent when booking, but was super straight forward. Be aware that Gmail incorrectly summarises the email with the hotels.com phone number making it look like it's the property number. Make sure you login to hotels.com to get the correct phone number. Would happily recommend……

“The property asked me for security deposit only 2 hours before my official check-in time; otherwise, no room details such as exact room number and door access code could be provided. I checked out the same date due to its poor condition. As of now, I still haven’t received my money back. Be aware there will be no air conditioning, no wifi, no hair dryer, no iron and board as advertised. Door lock is loosen. Safety is a concern. Poor communication with no follow-ups. It was such a terrible and……
