Seguido de que no teníamos ni sábanas ni edredón, pasamos frío la primera noche, cuando reclamamos, solo nos dieron una sábana encimera, ni edredón, ni sábana bajera. Y no mencionemos el colchón del sofá cama, una vergüenza, fino como una loncha de queso, se clavan los hierros del sofá. Queríamos pasar una estancia acogedora, y fue horrible. "It's a basic hotel with basic facilities. Yet, regarding price-quality it's fine. It's not a 10 but it's certainly an 8\. We like the rooftop terrace in the evening, it's refreshing and there is a roundview over the town and the surrounding mountains. The location is right in the historic centre of the town. Maybe we would come here again when we go back to Ribes."

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."

"Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size bed, walk in shower. A bit tight for space but for one or two nights, comfortable sleep and hot water. "
