“Leider war meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Nach einer anstrengenden 13-stündigen Busreise kam ich gegen 23:00 Uhr im Hotel an und wollte mich einfach nur ausruhen. Ich zeigte meine Buchungsbestätigung an der Rezeption vor, doch der Mitarbeiter behauptete, dass keine Reservierung vorhanden sei bzw. dass die Buchung nicht bezahlt wurde. Er teilte mir mit, dass er den Manager kontaktieren würde, doch dieser war zunächst nicht erreichbar. Ich musste etwa eine halbe Stunde warten,……
