“旅館雖然距離米蘭火車站，走路要約15分鐘，而且有點難找 但距離另一個地鐵站Lima，地鐵站出來直走，轉個彎走一下就到，走路只要約5分鐘 交通還算方便 旅館的環境 很棒、很有設計感、又令人感到舒服 感覺的到，旅館主人的用心 整潔、明亮、設計有質感 是我對旅館最強烈的印象 櫃台人員 一個很好，耐心與細心，幫我解決問題 另一個，可能英文比較不好，加上並不是熱心助人的人格特質 所以在服務上比較敷衍 但還是會做到基本的 提供的早餐，還算不錯，麵包、果汁、土司，基本的都有，可選擇坐在餐廳內吃，或是在花園吃”

“The service is excellent!! the receptionists are very helpful!! However the location is very difficult to go. I arrived milan by bus, but I didn't know how to reach the hotel by bus, at the end I had to walk to the hotel with my heavy suitcase for 30 mins. the hotel can be reached by bus 69 and tram 14, but thats it. It is quite far from the centre as well which take at least 25 mins by tram. Tram comes every 10 mins.”

“I recommend this hotel. It is a small hotel, very cozy, the staff is very friendly, they make you feel very welcomed. It is walkable to the historic area. Also, there are many good restaurants, trattorias, and bars around. It is close to a Metro station, so if you use public transportation, it is very convenient. ”

“Came whit no expectarions, and was pleasentky suprised. The service was quick and pleasant. The rooms had aircon and good clean bathrooms, easy wifi. Only thing that could hace been better was a mini fridge for water and the bed could have been a bit comfier. Still slept good all the same.”
