“Dead AC very hot in the room. Crowded location. Staff was helpful.”

“The hotel was right on the lake and had a lovely beach. A great place for kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s many winery’s to visit close by. You can make your own meals or there’s a good selection of restaurants near the hotel. I would definitely recommend The Poplars Hotel.”

“Our stay was extremely disappointing due to a severe ant infestation throughout the property. Ants were everywhere on the floors, in the bathroom and bedrooms. The problem was so bad that we had to vacuum constantly from morning until night just to keep them under control. The infestation significantly impacted our stay. My wife barely got any sleep because of the constant concern about ants appearing throughout. To make matters worse, the caretaker had to interrupt and visit during our stay to……
