“I recently checked out from this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, our first room had a strong unpleasant odor (like feet), so we requested to be moved. While they accommodated us, we had to bring all our luggage back down to the front desk ourselves, which was quite inconvenient. We also visited the pool area, and unfortunately, it did not match the photos shown……

“Room could be cleaner: bathroom light switch, walls could use a wipe down. Breakfast, bland instant eggs, undercooked hadhbrowns, sausage with bleachy aftertaste, waffles are ok, the little ones end up mushy, stick with the big one. Pancake machine might be a better idea. Toast machine requires 3 passes to lightly toast an English muffin. Pool, either overcrowded or completely unusable, our last morning there we’re told the hottub will require several hours to warm up, and the pool maintenance……
