“The woman working the desk on 8/18 in the evening was rude and insubordinate- zero service experience and just an overall nasty person who had no interest in being helpful or polite. She was awful to me as well as 2 other guests (that I know of). She should not be working in a customer facing service industry. I simply needed a replacement room key for my second night and it took 25 minutes…with her telling me I wasn’t checked in and I didn’t have a room and should go away…. Meanwhile my things……

“We booked and paid for 2 queen beds. When checking in, we were given a king room with a pull out couch. When we told them this was not the room we had booked, Zach at the front desk told me "yes, you did book 2 queen beds. We don't have any left so that is all I can do for you". He was super dismissive and wanted me to know that I was lucky to have gotten a room at all.
