“I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Akrotiri. The staff and the owner were incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home—they treated me like part of the family. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, featuring fresh, high-quality local products. Yesterday, I was also pleasantly surprised with a lovely little gift of local olive oil and natural honey, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I felt genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and happy during my stay at this hotel. I am……

“From the first day of our stay, in Porto Kalamati Hotel, our room repeatedly had no hot water. We contacted the hotel approximately every other day. Staff would temporarily restore the hot water or attempt to repair the problem, but it continued throughout our stay. We also reported a broken hair dryer in the bathroom. After the hotel told us it had been repaired or replaced, the hair dryer continued to work intermittently and then stop. We discovered exposed electrical wiring behind the main……

“Clean and big room!”

“Rent rom, hyggelig personale, godt tilbud ved polfarer.”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. It is close and walking distance to restaurants.. the room, hot air conditioner”

“Property location was right on the beach which was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful, served to you, with a number of selections in addition to only 1 egg option which changed daily. Room was clean but dated. Kitchenette consisted of a small bar fridge and 2 cooking elements. A microwave would have been great. Bathroom amenities were minimal - a tiny piece of soap and an all purpose shampoo/shower gel. Better quality and more would have been nice. No issue with shower pressure. A little confused……

“Hospitable and very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay.”

“We waren aangenaam verrast.

“Excellent as long as you don't expect 5 Star hotel for a good budget price. Everything we need, good kitchen & service, pool, children things and excellent host. Went out of their way re late check in, great communication all the way. Big and clean pool for a hotel rated two star, clean rooms, also good sun facing balconies”

“Ups: Helpful staff, easy to find, has a swimming pool on premises, close to the beach. Downs: The furniture in the room looks old so don't get misled by pictures. Parking is on the street and we managed to find a space but be aware. Breakfast was below average imo, don't add it to your room and have it elsewhere.”
