“They have built this property with lots of good facilities. But the pools and other facilities sorely need some maintenance and TLC. Service both at the rooms and restaurant left a lot to be desired. ”

“While the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, overall the room was nice and spacious. Good to have coffee/tea plus water supplied by the hotel, along with the mini fridge. It'd be nice to have a microwave either in the room or the kitchen to warm up outside food. Location is fairly convenient as well. ”

“Online booking not available, when i was reached there i gave money offline. Rooms colour is not good. Hot water option is not available. Room is not clean.”

“No room service, not even tea or coffee available. Room looks cosy and well designed I stayed for 3 days. Second day I had to ask them to get room cleaned else would hav cleaned only after I checked out.”

“I paid up in full for Lofty Stay and on reaching their location I learnt that it has been closed and sealed by the bank. Hotels.com shud have verified this and removed this Service Apartment from their listing. I have no connect number of Hotels customer complaints. Hotels.com is obligated and is requested to refund my entire amount as I've trusted this site for many years and this episode was extremely distressing”
