“Most of the rooms are made up to a very high standard. During 3 stays over this past winter, every single room has been freezing cold. Radiators on and windows closed but it detracts from being able to unwind and relax when you are shivering. Staff are lovely. Checkout time early compared to local alternatives. Sometimes comes in at the best price. I would recommend ”

“There was no breakfast available in the morning, and the room had no mugs or milk on arrival. Booked to stay here as it was convenient for the business I was attending in the area. The TV in the room could not get standard channels. The TV was not set up correctly. ”

“Advert says they have parking, they don't have parking and it is difficult to access via car. Staff are brilliant. Rooms run down but it is cheap”

“Good spacious rooms good build and convenient. Right in the city centre. Only draw back is number of fire doors. Old unnecessary fire safety regulations means you’d hear bang after bang at night for each person getting in or out. You’d be at mercy of your neighbours closing them behind gently. Sad that fire safety in this country is so much of inconvenience. ”
