“well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive.
The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old.
I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady.
The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath.
there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated……

“The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay.
Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered.
Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area.
This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time.
Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year.”

“I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise.
They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard.
The breakfast was good and standard……

“We had an amazing experience at Bellagio Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were even very accommodating when we had visitors, which meant a lot to us.
The food at the restaurant was excellent—we ended up dining there the entire time because everything was so good and convenient. One of our favorite moments was relaxing by the pool and enjoying the breathtaking……
