“Place has aura of elegance in the open area where people can sit read talk listen to the piano . Clean room but everything you need is available . Kleenex is absence instead a roll of toilet tissue in its place . Hand towel only one available No face towels .Had to ask . Occurred twice no hot water . “The hotel was sufficient for my needs. Very central and walkable to shops and restaurants. No elevator. I was in room 304 and it was quite a climb when you have bags or groceries with you. The TV in the room had this weird streak on the screen that distorts the picture. The towels were dingy and needed replacing. Good thing I brought my own. Bed was comfortable enough. “Het hotel is nog in aanbouw.....ik kreeg de eerste nacht een drive-in kamer toegewezen, terwijl ik had betaald voor een deluxe kamer....Ik hoefde me niet eens in te checken of mijn paspoort te laten zien....De volgende dag heb ik beklag gedaan en een deluxe kamer gekregen, maar geen queensize bed....in ieder geval,,,...niet voor herhaling vatbaar....het personeel was blijkbaar ook nieuw en wist van weinig zaken....zeker niet behulpzaam......”

“The Hand wash sink drain had a leak and it was not fixed after I reported creating a water mess on the Bathroom flooring. the shower are pre set for Hot-cold mix and you need to tell the front desk if you want more hot water on your shower...No mixing Knob for Hot-Cold water! They only Change their Bed sheets every 3 days as their operation policy.”
