“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“Food was perfect. Healthy choices plus unhealthy choices for everyone . Perfect view ,very close to airport. Tight security so feels so safe. Staff were super friendly , every single staff member was so friendly and we enjoyed every day .
Entertainment was really nice .
The General Manager was very friendly and greeted us .
Drinks on arrival.
Check in was the best ever , super fast and comfortable. Sitting while checking into rooms and sipping on some St Lucia punch. Never had that……
