“Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.”

“客房一如其他嘅ibis hotel 簡約但整潔乾淨，職員十分友善，講解清晰，停車場離酒店5分鐘步程都算是方便。”

“There was a plenty of free parking close to the hotel. The hotel could do with some repairs and general tidy up, the overnight price was reasonable so not expecting perfection. Dining options are limited unless you book, we had quite a distance to travel so didn’t want to book and miss the slot. Breakfast service has a good choice but again it’s advisable to book, not quite sure how they cope in the summer months.”

“Spotless room. Very friendly staff. Menu a bit boring but i did not go hungry. Great location when flying out of Gatwick!”

“It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)”
