"Check in was relatively easy but staff did not give the opportunity of storing baggage for a few hours. They just offered us to pay to get room access to store our bags. Couples should avoid booking a "compact" room because the bed is fixed to the wall ensuring one person has to crawl over the other to get up."

The bathroom was fine but then just a single unlabelled mystery pump dispenser in shower. The staff were helpful and nice (shout out to those supporting breakfast), and the location was handy for trams (using Oslo pass). But you could hear the trams rubbling past the hotel even on higher floors. There’s good eating options a stroll up the road, but again you could hear bar music at night. A mixed stay but noting that the breakfast was great, lots of choices, and although busy was always fresh."
