“I have stayed in Kefalos before so I know the area, Chrysoula Hotel & Apartments came up as a good deal as it was the last week before they close for the Winter. Location: It's a really nice place, great location just off the main road as you drive into Kefalos, supermarket over the road, also there's Agios Stefanos Beach with the lovely church on Kastri Island within a few minutes walk. Staff: Everyone was really friendly, Dimitri who runs most of it & Nicholas at the bar, all very nice……

“It was fine, quite basic but nice enough. Overall not bad hotel for the money. Room fine, with a balcony but ours were blocked with trees, which would be welcoming I expect in height of summer, pleasant bed (two twins together), kitchenette was useful (bring washing up liquid and wash sponge, seems to be common in Greece). The bathroom was small with bath mat and floor soaking due to shower. Nice pool / sun bathing area, with pool bar which does breakfast/lunch/evening meals (music could be a……

“We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in quite area. The food was tasty and the room was clean. We were absolutely captivated by the swim-up rooms. Each room has its own sunbeds. And the pool is great, too. Looking forward to come again”

“Lovely clean room. Upgraded to apartment from studio. Nice friendly staff. Choice of breakfast items was good. Pool area good. Quiet when we stayed as end of September. Location was ideal for our 2 night stay. 10 mins walk to local shop. Taverna next door with great food and a few more within 15 min walk. Would use again for short break either before or after ferry hopping trip.”

“A good option for a short stay on Kos, particularly when traveling between islands. The hotel is centrally located and within a 5‑minute walk of the domestic port. It has a distinct 1970s style while remaining clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sound insulation between rooms is somewhat limited, and noise from neighboring rooms may be noticeable at times.”

“Great location. Staff are great. Nothing is too much trouble.”

“Amazing hotel. Perfect location and extremely caring owners”

“Took ages to check in. Wasn’t shown where the room was. Shower head didn’t work. Lacking sockets in the room. No power to room when out making it difficult to charge devices. WiFi was very intermittent. Breakfast staff very friendly. Hotel was ok but basic.”

Colazioni a buffet abbondanti, buona cucina.”

“Perfect location, clean and wholesome!”

“ambiente tranquillo pulito .
