“The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. Despite raising our concerns at the time, the matter was not resolved to our satisfaction. We also contacted Expedia for assistance, but were……

“Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. As casas de banho são funcionais, porém escuras. Os corredores de acesso apresentam um cheiro desagradável, provavelmente devido a lixeira próximo a uma das portas do corredor. Serve como paragem de descanso a caminho das ilhas.”

“The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again! ”

“We booked the delux room but then it was not clean and facilities quite old. If you care about the cleanness , I will suggest you to book the standard room”
