“Tolle Begrüßung, sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben immer wieder Ratschläge für Ausflüge und Mittag und Abendessen erhalten. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und geräumig. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse im ersten Stock auf den Fluss. Wir haben uns die zwei Tage richtig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier hinkommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr ehrlich und zuverlässig.”

We thought we were getting a king bed plus sofa bed, but the manageress got the maid to make up 2 singles so we both slept well. “Stayed two nights to sleep in & relax after two weeks on safari. Nice, private bungalos on the river. Perfect choice for kicking back. Be sure to arrange airport shuttle pickup before you arrive or it could be an hour or more wait. We would stay there again. ”

“The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. My trip to the &Beyond Xudum Okavango Delta Lodge in Botswana Africa, was an incredible experience. The staff at the lodges are so wonderful and caring, looking after their guest so incredibly well. Hot chocolates on the early morning safari trips are a highlight. I was travelling by myself after being with a group who went to Uganda and South Africa, so suddenly being alone was a little strange. At every meal at Xudum a staff member would eat with me to keep me company
