“Titel: Absolut enttäuschender Service – keine Kommunikation bei Notfall Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt aufgrund einer Überschwemmung leider nicht antreten. Das Problem war jedoch nicht das Wetter, sondern das Management: Wir wurden vom Hotel mit keinem Wort darüber informiert, dass die Fähre nicht in Betrieb war. Auch auf unsere E-Mails wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Wir standen vor vollendeten Tatsachen und mussten uns extrem kurzfristig und auf eigene Kosten eine alternative Unterkunft……

“Club tropical was good value for money. Although it was a little run down and outdated, apparently they are about to undertake extensive renos. We went out for the day to find the cleaning staff had left our door ajar after servicing the room, i emailed the management to inform them but got no response which was odd. Other than that it was enjoyable.”
