“Toilets didnt flush consistently in 2 different rooms we were assigned to. We had to pick the best. We were not offered any compensation for the defective toilets. We explained that we needed a properly functioning toilet due to medical issues but the problem was not resolved. Breakfast was sloppy and barely warm. The stairwell smelled and was filthy, worried about touching anything as you might catch something. Were told we would have a room attendant to clean and tidy but nobody ever came. ”

“We entered the room 709 wife commented that it is cold I checked thermostat 72 I turned it 74 went to eddies v for dinner 2 hours later still freezing in room changed thermostat to 79 finally by morning I had to turn off completely ac unit above never shut off made loud noise during the stay We almost always stay at embassy suites in fact going to Michigan in June I was there for cancer treatment not to be met with this !!!”
