“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet.

“The Jade House is in an excellent location only a block from the beach and short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Communication with the management company was difficult through Expedia.
