“From the check ik i have problems since they try to give me twice a room diferent than the reservation, they never change the sheets, the towels were clean but really bad quality, and the room was really noisy, above it was a service room and all night the pump were running call to comply and do not have a solution ”

“Everything was just perfect.
Beautiful location. Right in the middle of everything.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Of course you need to understand that this is a 3 star hotel so I’m rating as a 3 star hostel and not as a luxury all inclusive 5 star hotel.
Breakfast was ok nothing fancy but ok,
Rooms were spacious and clean,
Pool area is a little shady especially in the afternoon but it was clean and enjoyable,
This is a cold water only hotel so if you’re looking for long hot showers this……
