About 10mins Uber to Valletta and 25mins uber to Mdina. 15-20mins to airport depending on the traffic. 10 mins walk to the ferry to Valletta ( €3 pp) . "The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. When I arrived my room had twin beds, but they were able to change them to a double for an additional €10, which I appreciated. However, there were building works taking place during my stay that I was not informed about before booking. The noise started between 6–7 AM each morning and the walls were vibrating, which meant I was woken up early every day and didn’t have a very restful sleep. The construction also continued throughout the day. I understand it may be the off-season, but I would have appreciated being informed beforehand as I would have chosen a different hotel. Additionally, the rooftop pool was closed on one of the days, which happened to be the sunniest day of my stay, which also wasn’t advertised until I went up to the rooftop. The gym was quite dark as it is located in the basement which made it feel a bit off-putting. Overall the hotel was okay and the staff were friendly, but the lack of notice about the construction and facilities did affect the experience. "
