“Excelente hotel, el personal del lobby súper atentos en general todos pero los de recepción 10/10”

“The hotel was an excellent location however they had recently changed their parking facilities and didn’t tell us. We spent an hour trying to find a parking spot and was told from the hotel the management would be in touch on our complaint they never were. In addition the WiFi didn’t work.”

“Well located just off the main street of the town. Nice staff. Room was simple but nice and the price to quality ratio was excellent.”

“Receptionist can be nicer and more thoughtful in reminding checking out at 12:00, especially for a guest checked in 1a.m. and hotel has no available slot therefore have to park somewhere else”

“窗簾遮光不好，隔音不佳”

“Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!”

“Clean and comfortable... Staff was nice and helpful... I would stay here again...”

“This was a great place to stay. If I'm in the area and they have a room, I will stay there again.”

“Great location, right across front center square. Walking distance from Black Church. Many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was really good. My only complain is that they don't clean the rooms. They provide clean towels but they don't clean rooms. I'm not sure if all hotels do that, but I was a little disappointed about that. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff and sometimes it felt like nobody was working there, but it didn't……

“We had a standard queen sized room with mountain view. The room was tiny - so small that you had to squeeze to get around the bed. No robes. Shower gel and soap provided. Breakfast was ok. Ran out of black tea. No kettle or water in the room. Worst part is the noise. Very poor insulation so you can hear all neighbouring rooms and music from the restaurant. Bed is hard and uncomfortable- only one pillow per person issued. Wouldn't visit again.”

“High end boutique hotel with wonderful staff.”

“Location & Customer Service of the Highest Quality. We will be back soon”

“Big Room - Very Nice Breakfast - Relaxed Atmosphere - Easy Parking”

“淋浴空間太细少。厠所門不能關閉，令人鑑介。房間設備有改善的必要。但旅館位置優越，而日間有前臺服務，使顧客安心，並協助我電召計程車。”

“Had a very nice stay at the apartment. It's a nice little place and the location of it is pretty good and everything in the old town is easy to visit by a small walk. Totally recommended! Bed could be a little harder”
