“The staff was amazing at the hotel and working through a difficult building. The building is falling down. They do not have extra towels or pillows, the pool is broken. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff just fantastic. They are completely let down by ownership as ownership has allowed this hotel to begin falling apart. Pool hasn’t worked in years, elevator makes very concerning noises, food is scarce. Our shower has a broken door, tears in the carpet, furniture was very old and……

“It was very clean and exactly as advertised. We were glad to have the full fridge and freezer for our ice packs and food we were traveling with that needs to stay cold. It was spacious enough for 3 people even though it was just me & my son. We felt safe & it was quiet. It was hard to find in the dark and the code wasn’t right (a side effect of booking online/indirectly). But the host answered the phone immediately and remedied it. Would stay here again.”
