“Clean room. Kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. No bowls for cereal. A/C unit was extremely loud. Loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night. Had to call the answering service to get door code. Took about 15 minutes to get into the cabin. ”

“I stayed for 4 days and I never had housekeeping come in once for trash, towels, or anything of that matter. I needed a refill of toilet paper because I already had a low roll and was never given one. I also did not have an entire shower curtain.”

The staff were very friendly- check-in was easy. The front desk clerk went the extra mile to make sure our accommodations were going to work for my husband who uses a wheelchair.”

“It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen did not have any glasses. The website says it serves breakfast in the morning, but there was no breakfast. There is nobody at the desk, you have to talk to a kiosk, but somebody did appear on the kiosk to let me know that there is no breakfast there, you have to go to the hotel next-door for breakfast. Went next-door and they had stopped serving breakfast. Had. I known breakfast next-door was in a certain timeframe I would’ve gone earlier.……
