“Inicialmente nos asignaron unas habitaciones horribles, olían a feo, pero hablamos con la administración y nos ubicaron en otras habitaciones, mejor aseadas y con aire acondicionado, al salir nos comunicaron que debíamos cancelar por cada habitación 4 el valor del aire acondicionado”

“I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, which made getting around very convenient.
There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast, while good, was exactly the same every day, so adding some variety would make it much better for longer stays. Also, some of the rooms feel a bit outdated……
