"Location excellent and good value. Check in reception quick and easy. All staff I came into contact with were professional, friendly and helpful. Only downside was the breakfast offering and my impression was that it was all geared to simplicity for the hotel. I guess I’m not keen on the DIY approach but can understand the reasoning behind it so it’s not a dealbreaker for me. Just thought I’d mention it. Oh, coffee was good. Would definitely stay again. "

"I was very excited to see which art room I'd get and I wasn't disappointed. It has a brief on the artist and insight into the artwork. The room was a little small but perfect for me, it had all necessities and the area is perfect with restaurants and transport nearby. Only minor issue was the bathroom's extractor was very loud and I had to disconnect the electricity for it to stop. Otherwise, it was excellent. I'd stay here again."

"i stayed at the comfort inn because of a positive experience at a comfort inn elsewhere some years ago but was extremely disappointed to find that they do not accept cash for payments. i will not be staying at any comfort inn until the decision to go cashless is reversed"
