“My stay here at the Scarlet Hotel was for three full nights we did have ballet service for the first 24 hours, but as I was coming and going more often, I just parked across the street which is pretty convenient if you’re resourceful I loved the open space around the hotel. They were buildings but it was an architectural marvel. I was on the higher floor so I had a better vantage point. The staff was great and very beautiful every one of them. “We had a one bedroom suite and there were two tvs which was nice for an extended stay. The fitness center is decent as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff is amazing, especially Payton at the front desk. The location is perfect to walk to many wonderful restaurants.”

“This property should not be listed on Expedia. We walked in and out in one motion, could not stay there. It was an active construction zone with building materials and toilets in the hallway. Our room had the baseboards ripped out, construction debris all over the floor (clearly not even vacuumed) and had stains all over the sheets. Would not recommend.”

“Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival. The linens and towels did not appear fresh or crisp, and the bathroom sink and floors were dirty, with visible hair on them. There was even a dirty, wet facecloth left beside the sink when we checked in. The breakfast area was also unsatisfactory. The carpets were heavily stained, and food items appeared to be left out for extended periods throughout the day. Another major concern was……

“Recommended by family that had stayed previously, so had to check it out. We got in much later than expected, but the front desk was very accommodating and very pleasant. The room was great for the 2 of us. Bathroom was a little tight for a chunky gal, but otherwise nice. Great spread for breakfast each morning. Only suggestion would be to switch up the hot foods each day ~ eggs and bacon... heard several people comment bacon again?!? The scones were delish! Assortment of fruits, yogurt for……
