“We booked online and still had to wait 20min to check in because there was problems with bookings. The person checking us in said we can wait in the bar while he help othere guests but there was no one to help us.There was no hot water at that stage but someone was busy fixing it. The place was nice and clean when we arrived but the light in the bathroom was not working the ac was very loud the TV didn't work. Everything we left the room the key card didn't work. There is black mold on the……
