“Séjour très sympathique last minute.

“Many things were not acceptable in regards to our room. The windows did not open fully due to the curtains blocking them and it was stifling hot. and when we tried to manipulate them, we were afraid they would break.
The daily housekeeping was unacceptable - coffee cups were left dirty in the room, the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned at all, and in the bathroom the windows did not shut properly. The water from the shower went all over the floor. In the middle of our stay, we found a……

“This is a very attractive hotel in a lovely setting, in the town of Montreuil-Bellay. The facilities are very good, but a restaurant for evening would be a definite bonus. However, the hotel is only a few steps from restaurants. Excellent breakfast. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our visit.”
