“I was running late for a meeting. So, I didn't check my hotel room for the moment I walked inside. The next morning, I found a big male underwear on the floor close to the window area. Since I was in hurry, I left it on the floor. When I came back to hotel in late night the 2nd night, I found the underwear still was there. I brought it down to reception. The manage apologised, and asked me whether I want to change room. It was late at night, I was too tired to do so. So, I declined her offer. I……

“Sadly the shower flooded the bathroom floor and the TV didn’t work at all; while the shower issue was fixed the TV still didn’t work 2 days after brining this to management attention. It’s a pity bc there’s plenty to like about this hotel. Maybe I was just unlucky; Perhaps the maintenance and management is poor. ”
