“Goodnand friendly, outside was cold. Let me check in earlier!! Nice.”

“As with all Alt hotels, very convenient to have the cafe/snacks in the lobby and nespresso in the room. This specific location is in an older building- bit dark with some shower plumbing issues. Some rooms have no view other than a cement wall but this is not mentioned in the room description when booking so of important to you consider the category of room booked. Overall clean and fine for a quick business stay”

“非常整潔，地點亦極之便利。早上可步行到橋上散步。櫃檯服務員非常有禮貌和熱心。”

“Beautiful loft within walking distance to restaurants. I appreciated the small things in the room that were well thought out like hair elastics, band-aids, etc. Nice touch! It was a great place to stay close by the trails and park. Just a note that it mentioned soundproof rooms but I was on the first floor and I could hear the children playing upstairs which is fine but maybe not mention that the rooms are soundproof. I would stay there again. Thank you!”

“酒店虽小但很温馨 浓浓的欧式复古装修风格”

“The hallways were filthy. There were transparent bags of garbage left in the hallway’s for hours. We had to request clean sheets, and put them on ourselves, because the sheets had dirt on them. The tv apps and telephone didn’t work. The young man that tried unsuccessfully to help with the tv was kind and polite. He promised to leave a note for management to repay us, but I have not seen anything yet.”

“Clean room and very friendly staff”
