Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. "The home and the view were beautiful. The house was described as being fully air conditioned. There were Nest thermostats in the two bedrooms and downstairs. Unfortunately they were programmed to go up in temperature throughout the day and at night. We were able to adjust the temperature but the pre programming would cause the temperature to increase again. This was a challenge for my elderly parents who tried not to go up and the steps too often. My poor father would go upstairs to take a nap...

"The hill pool was great. The Margaritaville restaurant was the only choice other than coffee shop on property and it was devoid of local options. The menu is great for US but not why I came to St. Thomas. There were some fantastic local food at Cochi beach that was walkable distance."
