“Great Hotel with a spa the rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. We visited just before the summer holidays so the hotel was very quiet. The hotel could do with a refurbishment but apart from that we enjoyed our stay.”

“The AC in the room barely worked. Temperature never went below 24 degree even if it ran all day. Room was hot. The Bathroom of room 420 has a window right next to the shower . People on the street and the next building can see inside, especially at night. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in (among a few hundred) where they need you to wear a swimming cap to enter the pool. never seen that. As a result pool is always empty :(”

“No wifi for the whole stay, and owner did nothing to solve this. People in the underwear in the pool and kids using sauna - no control of that zone.”

“We stayed at Hotel Val de Ruda for eight nights to ski and experience the region. The hotel staff was exceptional; friendly, professional, going above and beyond to see that we had a pleasant, relaxing stay. When a larger room opened, Inma offered it to us for the remainder of our stay. Melania and the entire dining staff made sure we tasted the traditional liqueurs and dishes of the Valley. The breakfasts were wonderful and dinners exceptional. A five minute walk to the main Baqueria gondola……
