“First and foremost…the staff…hands down the most kindest and welcoming! I forgot the name of the lady that helped us check-in, but she was so warm and bubbly it helped calm our nerves as we had a very chaotic day and were so ready to sleep! And Claire who we saw the next day, was so caring I had not brought sanitary pads with me on my trip and it was kind of her that she lent me her own! A few days later there was a gentleman at the reception who was very patient with answering the many question……

“Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings comfy bed and lovely shower. Perfect for a rest before an early morning flight. Yes, you do have plans go over but you get used to them after a while and we as a family enjoyed plan spotting.”

“The room is very clean and modern. There is a designated car park solely for the use of hotel's residents, which enhance the safety confidence. The hotel is located at the centre part of cambridge and adjacent to the shopping mall. It is highly recommended to stay this hotel unless you have limited budget. ”

“A nice apartment for family, clean and comfortable; there’s Sainsbury’s, restaurant and bus stop nearby. Carpark is available but need £20.”

“I stayed in the hotel for one night only but the environment, cleanliness were perfect. We also signed up for the breakfast deal which was so tasteful in such reasonable price. It is a convenience location to access any spot of Cambridge. ”

“Aside from the shower hose which was damaged and slightly leaking. Everything else was great. Facilities were great. Wifi was great. Beds were comfy. Can't comment on the food as I did not dine here.”
