“Hotel is lovely with marble floored bathrooms and art deco boutique room decor. Staff was friendly & accommodating Bed was comfortable with cozy linens . The In Dining Room service was marginal and disappointing - the food was brought to the room in a to go container with plastic utensils The delivery person said it’s the only way they do Room Service. This is Not the Room Service level of quality & presentation of what is expected from a signature Autograph Hotel Would encourage room service……

“The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment.”

“We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay; the apartment was very comfortable and clean, and the balcony had a great south-facing view towards the city and mountains (although it would have been nicer to face a bit more east or west to see the sun rise/set, but still very happy!) The amenities in the apartment provided were excellent, including coffee machine, full fridge freezer, cooker/oven range etc. Wifi was super fast and both bedrooms had a smart TV installed, as well as one in the main……
