“Overall a good hotel, location and amenities. It’s not the most modern, but the pool/bar area are 1st class and the staff very friendly and attentive. Good location for Catania, 10min Uber into downtown/ Metro station. Great views of Etna, ask for pool/sea view room (even no’s). Quality breakfast. The rooms are large, but dated and the hotel fascia could do with a fresh lick of paint. Plenty of local bars/restaurants near by and amazing food/wine for bargain prices. Demonstrates how much we get……

“There is nobody at the hotel after 10pm to help resolve problems. We went out to dinner, and, when we returned, our key cards did not work, so we could not get in our room. It took a stressful two hours for someone from security to drive to the hotel to let us in. We had to make twenty phone calls at international rates, which took ages to get through and then no one spoke English, and they kept putting the phone down on us. Extremely stressful, avoid like the plague!”

“Premetto che probabilmente ritornerò in questo hotel perché è confortevole in un bel posto e anche molto tranquillo. Non amo scrivere recensioni negative se non in casi estremi ma questa non vuole essere una recensione negativa ma uno stimolo perché di dovere. L’albergo come dicevo è confortevole, però manca veramente pochissimo per renderlo un hotel più elegante. Esempio: la manutenzione ordinaria è un po’ latente, se le camere non hanno la moquettes, cosa che io comunque apprezzo molto per la……
