“This hotel was an overnight stop on the way home from Holiday. They were clearly exactly that for most of the customers but did it really well. The hotel is aging a little bit but the staff were excellent and they catered really well for parents with kids, would definitely use it again when passing through.”

“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter……

“Notre séjour a été une vraie parenthèse de calme et de bien-être. L’hôtel offre un cadre haut de gamme. La décoration, les prestations, le personnel : tout vous plonge dans une expérience reposante. La chambre avec terrasse et jacuzzi est un véritable havre de paix. Nous avons pu en profiter sans restriction d’heure ou de temps. Le petit déjeuner au lit est un incontournable : à tester absolument. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’1h au SPA de l’hôtel : jacuzzi, bains à remous, hammam, sauna, douche……

“Gute Unterkunft mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten nahe der Autobahn. Ruhige Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Ein Pool ist auch vorhanden. Der Check-in war leider erst nach der offiziellen Uhrzeit möglich, was schade war.”

“We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”
