“We had 3 rooms booked for a special Titanic birthday weekend Unfortunately there had been flood water damage in the rooms - we were not notified til we got there that they could not accommodate us and we were relocated to the Marriott hotel - Couldn't;t do enough for us - complimentary cocktails 1 round - all transfers paid for but we felt we missed out on the luxury theme boutique hotel.

“Great staff support with the stay, local recommendations, and places to eat!”

“Need to clean and fix problems phone broke kettle and unkempt no cancellations policy”
