“I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. “I like the hotel for its location which is right cross the street of famous arts and science city of Valencia. It is clean, safe with attractive price. Staff are friendly and the rear court yard has nice garden. Everything is good except the room is pretty small. I will definitely stay here next time since this is new area of Valencia which in my opinion better than old town where you see so many beggars and trash, especially the north train station area.”

And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in. I’m very thankful for those who help us in need. As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
