“The rooms ( 3rd floor) dont have air conditioned, 35 deg heat was unbearable. The hotel eventually provided a weak desk fan. The windows at that level dont open fully so no draught either..
The room was clean, however the rainfall shower was not cleaned on the top, very dusty, ironically it should have been easy to get to as it was way way to low down and impossible to use. Elimis products very nice.”

“Breakfast was very good, good variety and hot. My wife is Lactose intolerant and wheat free. The staff were very helpful in making sure that she was given freshly cooked items.
The room was clean ans Sraff very friendly. We didn't use the bar as were were attending an R.A.F. Reunion. The only disappointment was the cost of the car park.”

“Wonderful customer service.
I phoned to say that I would be late for final check in (10pm) and Alexandra, the lovely lady on the front desk, made sure I was checked in dignity and made me feel so safe about arriving late.
This was my second time visiting The Swan for work trips to Blyton Park track.
Couldn’t recommend this B&B enough. Perfect for solo female travellers.”
