“Stay spoiled by very loud neighbours from 6:30am. Suppose that is. Ot the hotels fault but the walls are paper thin”

“Harrogate is a nice place to visit. And Yorkshire is well located in front of nice greening and very handy to a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is very nice with nice view. I would definitely want to come visit again ”

“Really enjoyed staying here! The room was very spacious and clean. Enjoyed using the swimming pool and facilities”

“The room was a reasonable size with a king size bed and a small en suite. However, we found a large stain (possibly blood) on the corner of the mattress topper. We also found one of the windows couldn't be open due to it having parcel tape stuck over window and frame. This looked messy and botched. It was a cold room and when we went to turn the radiators on they were filthy with dust and debris in the grills!! We complained to the receptionists who immediately arranged to move us to another……

“Restaurant is still good and well maintained but room and all the other areas really need to be renovated.”

“地點適中，房間舒適整潔，餐廳華麗高雅，氣氛良好，食物美味”

“Was nice. Breakfast was good”

“We had a one night stay, so didn’t use many of the facilities. Our room was small, but warm, clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits and toiletries. Our problem was with access to the hotel. It was dark when we arrived, Harrogate had many one way roads and a lot of roadworks semi-closing others. We eventually had to abandon the car, walk to the hotel and ask for help as to how to get into the car park. Staff were very helpful and got us sorted. We had booked a space in the car park,……

“Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car) Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc. Stairs are a little steep. staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay. We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear……

“Very nice hotel. Good service, tasty breakfast!”

“Absolutely lovely stay at The Lister Arms. Staff are amazing and the reason it's so good. They are helpful and friendly. The only very small downside is the cost. A little overpriced but otherwise beautiful. Couldn't really fault anything at all. The food was to die for.”

“The Old White Inn was in a great area and it was nice to stay in an authentic inn. On the second night of our stay, we were awoken by a person coming up the stairs pounding on all the doors on our floor and trying to gain access in the rooms with a key. The person was also slamming the furniture outside the hallway. This went on a few times and then we saw another person receiving deliveries at 3 in the morning and slamming the front door several times. The next morning this same person was……

“Our room was not very clean, hadn’t been vacuumed & sheets, towels, pillows & mattress were extremely worn out. Room didn’t receive fresh towels after request to get some. We had to go find some ourselves. Breakfast was tasty but incredibly slow. Wouldn’t stay again.”

“I didn't realise this was on a holiday park so maybe my bad there. I was picturing country pub. Lots of noise outside. Then an alarm went off at 3am for ages. The restaurant food wasn't great for the money... But great breakfast and lovely pool.”
