亨特利 4 星级酒店, US$64 起

“A beautiful property. You can see they've really maintained the elegance of the house. There were just a few small things like the ceiling was a bit cracked, the faucet cap was missing, and the toilet needed to be pumped in order to flush. But the staff were great and the food was very good so all in all, I would recommend it as a place to stay.”

“A nice hotel that just needs a spruce up. Basic room that had ‘old lady perfume smell’ but clean. Friendly staff. Limited bar. Small but adequate breakfast buffet. Looks more like a retirement home than a hotel.”

“It is a very good and clean castle hotel. The breakfast is excellent”

“The whiskey bar is amazing.”

“Older hotel and it shows. It’s a small town though and it’s what I expected. The glorious view from our room was worth it though.”

“Lovely hotel, fantastic staff , shame about the weather .”

“I stayed in a room rather than one of the lodges, and the room was lovely, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It's worth noting its on the very edge of the town, around a 15-minute walk from the centre of Ballater. My only disappointment was that the rooms are not serviced daily unless you are staying for a longer period, which wasn't explained at check-in. It was a little frustrating to return after a long day out to find the room hadn't been serviced, as that's one of the things I most……

“Stayed at this hotel”

“Easy parking to rear of hotel. Friendly, efficient welcome & check-in. Clean, spacious warm room (room 5). Good choice of tea/coffee. Large fluffy bath towels. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast again with excellent service.”

“Enjoyed my stay! The washer/dryer was a bit confusing, and I wasn’t aware I’d be charged an additional fee for my power usage, but aside from that stay was great!”

“Great place very friendly and a really good breakfast. Hopefully see you again soon”

“First class hotel, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful situation excellent food and very friendly efficient staff”

“Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. ”

“Cozy, warm, made us feel completely at home! Great breakfasts! Special little touches like fresh flowers in local gin bottles, wee dram of scotch, cookies and chocolate. Awesome bed! Nice, crisp white sheets, comfy white comforter and good pillows! Loved the decor and the red doors!”

“We throughly enjoyed our time at Dunallan House. Very comfortable and cozy room. Appreciated the home cooked breakfasts in the mornings with lots of options to choose from. Great historic building in Grantown-on-Spey in a most stunning area of Aberdeenshire. Stephen and Ginny were perfect hosts! Thank you!”
