“Checkin was good, we requested early checkin and they provided, appreciate that.
Rooms were good and spacious, toilet can be more cleaner.
Breakfast spread was good, taste also adequate.
Coming to the lifts, only 3 lifts are there and some of them does not have all the buttons working, also at some point the card stopped working, not a single case, I heard many people complaining about lifts.. so frustrating, so much time was spend around lifts.
Overall I feel this as a 4 star considering all……

“Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, I really enjoyed my stay here and would reccomend it to everyone! The entire property is georgeous and the staff are the best, very helpful, friendly, polite, and welcoming. As a foreigner, I was very happy with my stay here.”

“We were surprised by what we saw and weren't convinced it is a 4 stars hotel. The hotel was in a very old condition and had moldy smell. Not sure its because Cochin is a coastal city or purely because hotel is too old. Overall it wasn't worthy 4 stars. Staffs were quite nice and helpful though. If you look for a good price, it might be an option to you.”

“Was peaceful and enjoyable stay. Staff was extremely helpful and was willing to assist with any special requests. There were activities at the resort that were suitable for all ages. The food was amazing and had large variety. Overall a great stay and will definitely come back”
