We needed a place close to the airport with a shuttle. Though it was more expensive than others, the hotel offered a shuttle, complimentary breakfast and many amenities to enjoy. The grounds were well kept - included some deer and in front a huge aviary with Macaws, the national bird - Guardabarranco ...
Holiday Inn Convention Center is a very well located hotel in Managua, with the standards of Holiday Inn. It is in a main road leading to the principal touristic destinations in Nicaragua (Granada, Masaya, León, the beaches).
The hotel has nice breakfast. With red beans, rice, variety of fruits, which is excellent. The only thing is that the location is near 30 bars....so in the night is very noisy.

Everything was great. Recomended. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with a lot of meals choices. REstaurant Don Candido was great, juice food.
The staff was so friendly. This is a hotel with no conventional hotel rooms but beautiful spacious houses decorated like a real cozy Nicaraguan family home among the forest with air conditioning, tv's, kitchen, full dinning room, and transportation from the lagoon to the rooms.
