“Wow I love this hotel, we booked a city night view room. That was amazing !!! You can see all the beautiful city view through the room window. That's a very nice experience. The room is extremly clean and the shower room and restroom is seperate so very privancy which is amazing. The shower head is good. I love this hotel and definitely will come back!!!!! And the bar is super nice too!!!”

“The staff was very welcoming and provided me with information about my stay that I had not known about. They were always ready to answer questions or attend to any questions or concerns I may have. The hotel itself is beautiful and has an ambient lobby which I spent a great portion just sitting down and reading. The restaurant being attached to the hotel was very convenient and the breakfast was great.”

“The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars……
